This is a very lengthy video because I felt it was better for me to cover all of the angles of this one subject, rather than just approaching it from one angle. However, with that being said, I did leave out many things as well, and I can discuss those aspects in future videos.

To protect yourself and the ones that you love, you need to train. Just as Miyamoto Musashi says: “The Way is in Training”.
