Vulnerability & Invulnerability

“When the warlord is prepared for battle, he is first into the realm of combat and does not back down because of fear and doubt.”

“His fortitude is fixed and his fighting will be done with ease if he understand the way.”

“The simplest way to humble, humiliate and debase your enemy is to cut him off from his supplies. If he is mighty and still comes forward, his avenue of escape will be that more difficult to remain when he cant supply his troops with food.”

“NEVER permit the enemy to know where your attack will be coming from, and never sacrifice one thing that will protect your village,….do his with deception.”

“A large force cannot easily over power a smaller force of the smaller force is more skilled in the arts of war. There are many times that a smaller unit of specially trained soldiers can wreak havoc on the enemy by fighting in the shadows. These hit and fun tactics take a toll on a larger force. By using these methods of war, the warlord can find the weaknesses and strengths in the enemy’s army.”

“In war there are no constants, nothing stays the same, this is the same with war as well as life.”

“In ancient days warriors made themselves unbeatable by constant practice. Knowing they were not perfect, this constant training made them see how vulnerable themselves and their enemies are.”

“You should not think of beating your enemy in ego boastful ways, but rather make them feel the reality of extending their skills through the them.”

“Warlords who have mastered defense attack from hidden places and assure their own success. If you understand the needs of warriors and proceed in this fashion, you will be successful; if you don’t, you will fail.”

“Only through constant study of the art of war and the constant training of the physical aspects of combat can you completely be prepared for war. This is what makes the warrior both strong in mind and body.”

“Unless it is absolutely necessary, never use force when taking control of another state, Not using force will enable you to relax the fears of the people. If you use force you ultimately will not get the following or support that you are fighting for. If you do not use force, they will realize the meaning of your intentions and they will follow your lead.”

“People will always have the desire to see the demise of any leader, including their own.”

“People will always show hatred towards those in power, because they hate their own lives.”

“If there is the slightest annoyance or inconvenience brought about, people usually get unsteady when under pressure and they will usually follow the bread wagon and do so with little regard for future consequences. The masses of people are only concerned with their own welfare. that is why they are peasants and not leaders.”

“Warlords see the future; peasants only see the present and grumblers only see the past”

“Conflict is essential to the development and growth of man and society. It leads either to the construction or destruction of an entire group or state. As a leader of men, you should understand this concept without question. If you do not understand the need for conflict, than you should not be in control of the society that you presume yourself to be in charge of. Conflict does not always mean “physical combat; however if there is no conflict -internal or external – there can be no growth.”

“Insult the enemy with sublety; degrade when and where you can degrade, offer fools bait and entice him to display his stupidity. Dong these things will capitalize on his arrogance.”

***** (NOTE) knowing that this is a offensive tactic NEVER fall for this trick and engage as a DEFENSIVE counterpart! – (1) it lets you off guard (2) makes you susceptible to wrongful verbal attacks (3) if engage it shows weakness to your soldiers*****

“If he is not resolute in matters of war, he will easily be kept off guard and will fall in battle. ALWAYS let the enemy kill themselves. Any weakness your opponent has exploit it and kill it. OVER AND OVER till the enemy submits or dies; never giving an inch for his / her weakness.
